James, I’m writing to let you know what a pleasure it was working with Anne MacDonald. She sold our home on 27 Lee Street in Reading. We had lived there for 30 years.
When we decided to sell our home in Reading, we had several acquaintances approach us and ask if we would be interested in doing a private sale. Not having a good feel for what we should ask for our home, we decided to have a realtor come in and do a marketing analysis. Strictly on a whim, we called Boardwalk and Anne happened to answer the phone. We made an appointment for her to come out and do a walk through, so she could give us an idea on what our home was worth. Honestly, we had no intention of using a realtor. We simply needed to know how much to ask for in a private sale.
That all changed when Anne returned with a very professional analysis of our home. She was so personable and professional, we decided to go with Boardwalk. We never regretted it. Anne walked us through the entire process, every step of the way, with such a caring, understanding attitude, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! There wasn’t a request that we made that she didn’t come through, with a timely, positive solution. From getting the home ready to sell, to understanding the difficulties of a very large family moving, Anne never missed a beat. She made it as painless as selling your home could be after living in it for 30 years.
Since we sold our home, I’ve come across a few people considering selling their home. Every time I said “Call Boardwalk Real Estate in Reading and ask for Anne MacDonald.” Believe me, James, I will continue to do so after such a pleasant experience.
