Krista comes to Boardwalk with a background in business and sales. She carries a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Umass Lowell. Having been introduced to a career in real estate by her aunt that is a 40+ year vet in the industry, Krista got motivated to jump in after following HGTV, and seeing many of her own qualities in the real estate professionals out there.
Those qualities combined with her professional experience, gives Krista a strong foundation for a career in real estate, specifically her experience negotiating on behalf of clients, and providing exceptional service. “Every job that I’ve had since High School has been working with the public and servicing clients. From very wealthy clients when I worked in the financial services industry to assisting Medicaid patients and everybody in between.”
A current resident of Lynnfield and having grown up in Wilmington, Krista is a life-long resident of Greater Boston. When she’s not working, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenaged daughters. She’s an active volunteer in the Lynnfield school system, and enjoys staying active running, skiing, hiking, biking and snowshoeing.
A true people-person, Krista’s priority is gaining your trust. “I hope to build a relationship with clients where they feel comfortable recommending me to family members and friends. I am honest and hardworking and strive to do the best for my clients. I will put their needs first and go above and beyond to make that happen.”
Krista’s goal is to give clients the best overall experience whether selling or buying. That would include getting the best price when selling, and getting making sure buyers get into the home they want, also for the best price. “In the end I want my clients to be happy.”
