“We bought our home in 1993 through Jim Joly & Boardwalk. He made it seem so simple and easy. We really felt the he was looking out for our best interest. We told him what we wanted and he showed us that and others that we thought we would like. He always kept us up to date what was going on and make the entire process so memorable. When we closed on the house he gave us a beautiful drawing of the house that we cherish to this day.
With that being said when we went to sell my husband’s mothers house on Linda Rd in Wakefield in 2017, there was no one else that we could think of or wanted to list the house with. Jim Joly and the entire staff at Boardwalk are extremely professional while being personable at the same time. Jim walked us through all the steps and then listed our house. The house was sold literally within a week of it being on the market. The inspection, walk through and everything else went through without a hitch. Although it was hard to sell the house my husband grew up in Jim helped find the perfect family and put all our worries about selling the house at ease. Knowing this was my husband’s childhood home he gave us a drawing of this house as well. These are thing that we will always cherish.
